How Tramuntana HQ LLC handles personal data on this website and in the course of its business.

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Who we are

Tramuntana HQ LLC ("Tramuntana HQ", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, at 2585 S Broadway St, Unit #295, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, USA. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at tramuntanahq@proton.me.

2. This website collects nothing on its own

tramuntanahq.com is a static website. It contains no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising, no social media embeds and no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies and does not use local storage. We do not track visitors across this site or any other, and there is no profile of you being built from your visit.

Because there are no third-party scripts, loading this site does not send your data to any advertising, analytics or social network.

3. Server logs held by our hosting provider

The website is served by a third-party hosting provider. Like all web hosts, it automatically records technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, user agent and approximate region — for the purposes of delivering the site, protecting it from abuse and diagnosing faults. We do not use these logs to identify individuals and we do not combine them with any other data.

The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website. Retention is governed by the hosting provider's standard log retention period, which is short-term.

4. Information you send us by email

If you email us, we receive the content of your message and any personal data in it — typically your name, email address, employer and a description of what you need built. We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver and administer that work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and, once engaged, the performance of a contract with you.

Our email is provided by Proton AG (Switzerland). Enquiry correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed. Records connected to a signed engagement, including invoices, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Client data during a project

Delivering software sometimes means access to systems containing personal data belonging to a client's own customers or staff. In that situation the client is the data controller and we act as a data processor on their instructions. Such access is limited to what the work requires, is covered by the confidentiality terms of the engagement, and is removed on completion. Where the work falls under the UK or EU GDPR, we will enter into a written data processing agreement before that access begins.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our behalf — our website host, our email provider, and, where relevant to an engagement, our accountant or payment processor — and only as needed to run the business. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with clients in Europe. Personal data you send us may therefore be processed in the United States and in Switzerland. Where data protected by the EU or UK GDPR is transferred, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision covering the destination country.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email tramuntanahq@proton.me with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children

Our services are sold to businesses. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to our email and client systems is protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already sent us will be communicated directly where we have a means of contacting you.
