A small software company, run deliberately that way

What the company does

We sell software development services to other companies. In practice that means a business comes to us with a process that has stopped scaling — a spreadsheet three people depend on, two systems that do not talk to each other, a manual step repeated four hundred times a month — and we build the software that removes it.

The company is intentionally small and senior. There is no account management layer between the client and the person writing the code, and no incentive to grow a project beyond what it needs. When a piece of work is a poor fit for a company our size, we say so early.

How we operate

Every engagement starts with a short paid discovery period and ends with a written scope, a price and a delivery window. Development runs in two-week increments with something working to look at after each one. At handover you receive the running system, the documentation and the source repository.
